摘　　要：基于"本科教学工程"、"专业综合改革试点"等高等教育专业综合改革工程与项目研究背景,依托协同创新的思想,提出物流人才培养综合改革的理念。通过改革课程体系、开发教学资源、拓展实践环节、创新教学方法、打造教学团队、优化教学管理过程的综合改革实践环节,优化人才培养过程,提升学生的实践能力、创新意识和创业精神,开拓国际化视野。In this paper we proposed the vision to comprehensively reform the logistics talent training mode based on collaboration and innovation and then through the steps of reforming the curricular system, developing teaching resources, expanding practical links, innovating teaching methods, building teaching team, and optimizing teaching management pracess, optimized the process for talent training and improved the practical competence, innovating awareness, entrepreneurial spirit and international vision of the students.
