摘 要:钻杆带压开孔装置是处理油气井溢流的配套设备,以钻杆带压开孔装置的重要传动零件——齿轮轴为研究对象,首先运用三维实体建模软件Pro/E建立了精确的齿轮轴模型,然后利用通用有限元分析软件Abaqus对齿轮轴分别进行了静强度分析和模态分析,得出应力应变分布图和各阶振型图。分析结果表明与真实情况相接近,齿轮轴的静、动力学特性满足设计要求,为齿轮轴的进一步优化结构和提高装备的工作效率提供了理论依据。the pressurized drill pipe tapping machine is corollary equipment which deals with overflow of the oil and gas wells. The important driving part-gear shaft of the pressurized drill pipe tapping machine is the main study object, the gear shaft with accurate tooth profile is firstly set up with 3-D mechanical soft-ware(Pro/E), and then, this paper carried the static strength analysis and modal analysis of the gear shaft through the analysis software-Abaqus, the strain deformation and each order vibration mode figure is obtained. The analysis result shows that it is proximate to the truth through the element analysis, and the static and dynamic characteristics of the gear shaft meet the design requirements, and they also provide the theory basis for the structure optimization of gear shaft and the efficiency improvement of the equipment.
