摘  要:研制了高精度手持式数字电能表在线检测仪。以工作频率120 MHz的STM32F207为主控CPU,采用片内高达2 MHz转换速度的12位A/D对电网进行同步交流采样,实时对三相电压、三相电流进行分析计算,完成对频率、电压有效值、电流有效值、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数等电能质量指标的监测,并采用非线性方式对功率的相位偏差进行补偿,测量结果由TFTLCD实时显示,并通过RS232实现上下位机以及多机通信。该校验仪具有测量指标多、精度高、实时性好等优点,能广泛应用于电力公司的各供电和检测部门。The high precision online calibrator of digital electric energy meter is designed, and the STM32F207 is used as host CPU which works at the speed of 120 MHz. Also, the synchronize AC sample technology is proposed, which is based on the 12 bit A/D converter with the conversion speed up to 2 MHz inside in STM32F207. The digital electric energy meter can measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current at realtime, and calculate the frequency, voltage, current, active and effective power, power factor parameters. In order to compensate the phase offset, a nonlinear compensation way is adopted. All the measurement results are displayed on the TFT LCD, and the RS232 is used to achieve the communication between the meter and the computer. The meter has many advantages such as multi-function, good real-time, high precision, which is widely used in the power supply or testing department of electric power company.
