摘  要:为满足发动机地面试车,模拟飞机附件液压泵工作状态的要求,开发了基于组态软件的液压加载测控系统。实现了实时监视发动机带载时的工作状态,并通过远程操作性好、逻辑性强的监控界面控制加载系统的执行机构,实现加载流量调节,以满足发动机在不同工作状态下的加载需求。该系统的功能与性能在发动机试车中得到充分验证,试验结果表明该套系统具有较高的稳定性和准确性。To meet the demand of aero-engine test-bed run and simulate the hydraulic pump, the measurement and control system of hydraulic loading working state of aircraft accessoryfor aircraft accessory is developed based on configuration software. Work condition of engine loading is monitored real-time. By remote monitoring and control interface with strong logic and operability, actuations of loading system is controlled to achieve adjustment for load flow, and the load demand of aero-engine in the different working conditions can be met. The function and performance of the system are fully validated in aero-engine test-bed run. The test results indicate that the system is highly stable and accurate.
