摘　　要：以华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司为实例,利用精密点检诊断技术对大型立式循环水泵高压双速电机转子笼条断裂进行诊断,取得了良好的效果。利用精密点检设备管理模式,可进行预知性检修及状态检修,从而降低设备事故率和检修维护费用,使设备更加安全、经济运行。Taking Baotou Power Generation Branch of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Company Limited as example,the precise spot inspection diagnosis technology was used to diagnose the rotor cage bar fracture of high-voltage two-speed motor for large vertical circulating water pump,and favorable effect was obtained. Using the facilities management mode including precise spot inspection,the predictive maintenance and the condition based maintenance are possible,and the facility accident rate and the cost of maintenance are reduced,and the facilities can operate safely and economically.
