摘　　要：小径管在锅炉中的运用越来越多,而对它的检测也越来越重要。但是目前由于对小径管拍片的操作不规范及不仔细,造成了对底片很大的浪费。主要介绍了小径管的射线检测、椭圆成像的透照方式和底片评定以及在进行射线检测时应注意的几点问题。它们可以有效的检出小径管的缺陷,保证锅炉的质量合格。The small sized tube has been widely applied in boilers and its detection is becoming more and more important. However, nowadays the filming operation of the small sized tube is non-standard and careless, thereby wasting a lot of photographic plate. The thesis mainly introduces radiographic testing of the small sized tube, the transillumination method of the elliptical imaging and evaluation of the photographic plate. Several problems have also been illustrated in the thesis which is worth our attention while doing radiographic inspection. They can efficiently examine the defects of the small sized tube and guarantee the quality up to the standard.
