摘 要:以葡萄糖为交联剂对水性聚氨酯进行改性,得到葡萄糖改性聚氨酯微乳液及改性聚氨酯胶膜。利用TEM,FTIR,XRD,TGA等方法研究了葡萄糖改性聚氨酯微乳液的形态,分析了改性聚氨酯胶膜的结构、热稳定性能、耐介质性能及力学性能。表征结果显示,葡萄糖对水性聚氨酯的改性是通过葡萄糖的羟基与聚氨酯的—NCO基发生反应;随葡萄糖用量的增加,改性聚氨酯胶膜的热分解温度升高、耐介质性能得到改善、拉伸强度增大、断裂伸长率降低,说明通过葡萄糖改性可提高改性聚氨酯胶膜的综合性能。A series of modified waterborne polyurethane microemulsions and their solidified films were prepared with glucose as the crosslinker.The morphology of the modified polyurethane microemulsions,as well as the structure,thermal stability,mechanical properties and medium resistance of the modified polyurethane films were characterized by means of TEM,FTIR,XRD and TGA.The results indicated that glucose was introduced into polyurethane by the reaction between the hydroxyl of glucose and the —NCO group of polyurethane.With increasing glucose content,the thermal stability and the medium resistance of the modified polyurethane films were improved,the tensile strength was increased,and the elongation at break was decreased.Thus,the comprehensive properties of the modified polyurethane film can be improved by glucose modification.
