摘 要:在温差原则的基础上,提出了一种换热网络的分步综合策略。采用蒙特卡罗随机抽样技术优化获得换热网络的初始结构,在此初始结构的基础上利用换热网络的温差原则逐步生成新的换热器改变网络结构,每步都结合牛顿法对整个网络进行优化,以此权衡设备投资费用与公用工程费用来获取具有最优年综合费用的换热网络设计结构。两个具体的换热网络算例表明,分步综合策略能够提高换热网络的总换热量,实现能量的综合利用;优化结果与文献值相比,设备投资费用明显减少,从而能获得最优的年综合费用。A sequential synthesis strategy for heat exchanger networks was presented based on the principle of temperature difference.The original structure of the heat exchange networks was obtained by the Monte Carlo random sampling method.New exchangers were generated step by step,which changed the structure of the heat exchanger networks based on the principle of temperature difference and the original structure.The networks were optimized by combining the above every steps with the Newton method.A design of the heat exchanger networks with optimal annual cost was obtained by a trade-off between equipment investment cost and utility cost.By the analysis of two specific heat exchanger network cases,it is showed that the sequential synthesis strategy can enhance the heat transfer rate of the heat exchanger networks and implement the comprehensive energy utilization,and the equipment investment cost is decreased obviously compared with previous literature data,so the optimal annual cost can be achieved.
