摘 要:以聚乙二醇(PEG)为储能材料、甲基纤维素(MC)为载体,采用溶液浇铸法制备了PEG/MC定形相变材料。利用恒温加热、PLM、ATR-FTIR和DSC等方法研究了该定形相变材料的PEG泄露性、分子结构、结晶形态和热性能。实验结果表明,当PEG含量不超过80.0%(w)、温度高于PEG熔点但不超过80℃时,PEG/MC定形相变材料不会出现PEG泄漏现象;由于氢键作用,MC与PEG具有良好的相容性;加热或冷却时,PEG/MC定形相变材料通过PEG晶体的熔化或结晶可实现能量的存储或释放。Polyethylene glycol(PEG)/methyl cellulose(MC) form-stable phase change materials (PCMs) were prepared by solution-casting method with PEG as the energy storage material and MC as the support.The PEG leaking performance,crystal morphology,molecular structure and thermal properties of PEG/MC were characterized by means of constant temperature heating,polarized light microscopy (PLM),ATR-FTIR and DSC.The results indicated that the PEG/MC form-stable PCMs with PEG content less than 80.0% (w) didn't leak PEG when the environmental temperature was higher than the melting point of PEG and lower than 80 ℃ ; MC and PEG were well compatible because of hydrogen-bond action; when heating or cooling PEG/MC form-stable PCMs,it could store or release latent heat through the melting or crystallizing of PEG crystals.
