摘　　要：农村科技致富带头人是农业从传统走向现代化过程中出现的一个特殊群体。他们引领农业科技从经验走向科学,促进生产资料从高耗低效到生态环保,推动农业管理从个体走向合作。From traditional to modem agriculture, a special group rural science and technology leaders who are getting rich occurred. They lead from the experience of agricultural science and technology to promote the production of high consump- tion and inefficient data from the ecological and environmental protection, and promote agricultural management from the in- dividual to cooperation.
