摘 要:目的以壳聚糖、十八醇和羟丙甲基纤维素等辅料制备达沙替尼胃滞留剂,并对其体外释放性能进行考察。方法利用正交实验、干法压片法,以漂浮性和释放度为指标进行处方筛选。结果得到的最优处方比例为羟丙甲基纤维素∶乙基纤维素∶预胶化淀粉∶十八醇∶达沙替尼=650∶120∶120∶105∶100。结论制备的达沙替尼胃滞留剂具有缓释、起漂时间快、稳定性好的特点。Objective We prepared stomach stranded agent with chitosan, octadecanol and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as auxiliary material,and studied the external release performance of them. Methods The orthogonal experiment, and compressing dry granulation were used with floatability and dissolution rate as indicators. Results The proportion of optimum prescription was that the amount of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose,the gel starch, octadecanol and Dasatinib was equal to 650:120:120:105:100. Conclu-sion Dasatinib stomach retention agent we prepared has the characteristics of slower releasing,floatability faster and more stablity.
