妊马雌酮、米索前列醇联合应用于老年绝经妇女取环的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妊马雌酮、米索前列醇联合应用于老年绝经妇女取环的疗效。方法选取2010年6月—2012年6月间于该中心接受取环的老年绝经妇女128例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组64例。观察组患者取环术前给予妊马雌酮、米索前列醇联合应用,对照组患者给予常规取环。结果观察组患者宫颈软化的总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的34.37%(P<0.05)。观察组患者取环成功率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);对照组患者不良反应发生率为7.81%,明显低于对照组的14.06%(P<0.05)。结论妊马雌酮、米索前列醇联合应用于老年绝经妇女取环,临床效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of combination of premarin and misoprostol on the removal of IUD of elderly postmenopaus-al women. Methods A total of 128 patients undergoing the removing were selected and randomly assigned into control group（ n = 64） and observation group（ n = 64 ）. The observation group was given the combination of premarin and misoprostol before the removing of IUD while the control group was given the normal operation of the removing of IUD. Results The total efficiency of Cervical softening was 93. 75% in observation group which was obviously higher than that in control group（ 34.37% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The success rate of the removing of IUD was 93.75% in observation group,which was obviously higher than that of the control group（ 87.50% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The inci-dence of adverse reactions was 7.81%, which was obviously lower than that of the control group （ 14.06% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of premarin and misoprostol on the removing of IUD of elderly postmenopausal women had a significant efficacy, which deserved promotion.
