2008-2012年广西融安县手足口病流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的：分析广西贫困山区融安县近几年手足口病的流行病学特征,为当地的防治策略制定提供依据。方法：收集广西融安县2008-2012年各乡镇卫生院全部手足口病病例疫情报告,采用Excel软件进行统计及描述流行病学方法分析。结果：广西融安县在过去的5年中报告手足口病病例共3 288例,死亡病例共4例。统计结果显示,2008-2012年年均人群发病率为200.04/10万,最高为268.07/10万,最低为159.72/10万,学龄前儿童占94.95%,其中散居儿童占59.37%,病例出现的高峰时期为4~7月份,5月份病例数达到高峰。全县12个乡镇及流动人口中均有手足口病病例出现。结论：该县手足口病流行状况与区内其它县相比病例数量较多且保持相对稳定,应加强手足口病病原学检测。Objective： To analyze Hand-Foot-and-Mouth-Disease（HFMD） epidemiological characteristics in recent years,and provide a basis for local control strategies.Methods： All the HFMD cases in epidemic reports from the township hospitals in 2008-2012 were collected.Statistical analysis and descriptive epidemiological method analysis were performed by using Excel software.Results： In the past 5 years,there were 3288 cases with HFMD,and 4 cases died.The statistics showed that the average annual population incidence rate was 200.04 /100 thousand from 2008 to 2012,the highest was 268.07 /100 thousand and the lowest was159.72 /100 thousand,wherein preschool children accounted for 94.95%,scattered children accounted for 59.37%.The peak period was from April to July,and the most cases occurred in May.There were HFMD cases in 12 townships in the county for the floating population.Conclusions： Compared with other countries,the country has more HFMD cases,which are relatively stable.Therefore,it should strengthen the detection of the HFMD pathogen.
