摘　　要：20世纪70年代以来,西方学者针对雅典陪审法庭的起源和发展、构成和运行、职能和地位以及法庭与法律的关系等相关问题展开深入研究。制度考察和思想观念考察相结合,应是雅典陪审法庭研究的发展趋势。Since the 1970s, Western scholars have studied the origin and development of Athenian Jury Courts, the composition and operation, the functions and position in Athenian democracy, as well as the relationship between the Jury Courts and the law. It will probably become the research trend of Athenian Jury Courts to combine the institution investigation and the ideas investigation.
