大连培育重点装备制造业、提高产业规模的对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,大连将产业发展的重点向装备制造业转移。大连应运用成立专门机构,制定相关法规;设立专项基金,给予财政资金支持;实施倾斜金融政策等产业结构政策,培育重点装备制造业;运用企业的合并、改组政策;培育并促进产业集群发展;强化培养引进人才,力支持自主创新等产业组织政策,提高装备制造业产业规模。In recent years, Dalian focused its industry development by putting more weight on the equipment manufacturing industry. So, Dalian has to setup special organizations to formulate relevant laws and regulations; set up special funds to provide financial support; produce policies related to industry structure such as preferential financial policies to cultivate the key equipment manufacturing industry; implement policies of corporate merger or regroup; cultivate and promote the development of industrial clusters; strengthen talent cultivation and introduction; carry out industrial organization polices for independent innovation, promoting the industrial scale of the equipment manufacturing industry.
