消毒供应中心质控管理的持续质量改进效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估消毒供应中心质量控制管理的改进效果。方法通过统计分析消毒供应中心2012年医疗器械及其他医疗用品的清洗、灭菌、包装及发放的质控指标,评估质控管理的持续质量改进。结果2012年消毒供应中心医疗器械的清洗不合格率为3.2%,比2011年下降12%。医疗器械消毒灭菌合格率为100%。压力蒸汽灭菌湿包发生数、包装不合格率、无菌物品发放错误例数较2011年分别下降47.4%、52.1%及34.3%,且1～12月份的数据呈现逐渐下降的趋势。结论 2012年消毒供应中心的质控指标逐月上升,并且显著优于2011年,持续质量改进为医疗安全和医院感染防控提供了保障。Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous improvement of quality control management in central sterile supply department （CSSD）. Methods The continuous quality improvement of CSSD was assessed in the study, through analyzing the quality data of cleaning, sterilization, packaging and delivery of medical devices and other medical articles. Results The unqualified rate of medical devices cleaning was 3.2% in CSSD 2012, decreasing 12% of that in 2011. No unqualified disinfection and sterilization medical devices. And wet pack after pulsing vacuum steam sterilization, unqualified rate of packaging and aseptic materials delivered in the wrong way decreased by 47.4%, 52. 1% and 34. 3% comparing that in the year of 2011 respectively. Otherwise, the data of 1 to 12 month present a trend of decending gradually. Conclusion The indexes of quality control in CSSD increased monthly and superior to those in 2011. Continuous quality improvement provided guarantee to medical security and nosocomeal infection control.
