摘　　要：结合棒材厂除鳞技术的现状，通过混砂水射流冷态除鳞技术的工艺改进，解决了酸洗除鳞费用高、对操作者危害大、对环境影响大等一系列的问题。得出了混砂水射流除鳞技术可以在棒材厂除鳞领域完全代替酸洗工艺的结论。Based on the situation of descaling technology of Steel Bar Plant, by improving the sand mixing water jet cold descaling process , series of pickling descaling problems such as harmful to operator , high cost and great impact on the environment can be solved. Conclusion can be drawn that sand mixing water jet cold descaling technology can take place of pickling descaling process at Steel Bar Plant.
