摘  要:在汽轮机末级湿蒸汽测量中,采用四孔楔形探针对流场进行测量。探针上布置有4个测压孔,通过对压力信号的分析与计算,能够反演出气流速度的方向与大小。首先用Fluent进行数值模拟,计算了探针不同楔形角(70°、90°、120°)对气流偏转方向的敏感性能,对其进行对比得出了在70°楔形角的情况下,探针对气流偏转灵敏度最高,1°的变化就可以测得,考虑坐标架的转动控制,实际可以控制在2°以内。在德国斯图加特大学热力透平与机械研究所标准风洞中对70°楔形角探针进行气动标定和灵敏度验证,获得该探针流场测量的标定系数,证实了数值模拟的结果。The measurement of flow field in the last stage of wet steam turbine is difficult but important. The 4- hole wedge pneumatic probe was widely utilized to measure and calculate the pneumatic parameters of the flow field depending on the four pressures detected by the probe. Numerical simulations for the probe sensitivity to the slight change of flow direction was carried out for three probes with different wedge angles (70°, 90°, 120°). The results showed that probe with 70° wedge angle had a much higher sensitivity among three probes and was sensitive to a minimum flow direction change of 2 degree. Also, the experimental calibration of 70° wedge probe was carried out in the special designed wind tunnel built at ITSM, University of Stuttgart. Five calibration parameters were obtained after the calibration to modify the real measurement of flow field. The experimental results also confirmed the sensitivity conclusion.
