摘  要:车削细长轴时,由于长径比大,在切削力作用下会产生弯曲变形与振动,故细长轴的车削加工目前仍是一个工艺难题。当前该问题的解决主要靠操作者的经验,因此对工人的技术水平要求很高,且效率很低。在科技高速发展的今天,对零件加工精度的要求越来越高,因此寻找解决细长轴车削加工难题的突破口就显得尤为重要。能否找出一种适合的方法减小尺寸误差,这对于细长轴车削加工具有重要的应用价值。When turning a slender shaft, because of big length to diameter ratio, the cutting force will produce bend- ing deformation and vibration of it, so turning the slender shaft is still a difficult technical problem and its efficiency is low. To solve the problem mainly rely on the experience of the operator, so it is necessary that the technical level of workers have to be high. With the rapid development of science and technology currently, the demand of the machining accuracy of parts is increasingly, so it is important to find a breakthrough to solve the processing problem of turning slen- der shaft. Finding out a suitable method to reduce the size error that has important application value for turning of slender shaft.
