摘 要:目的 开发安全有效的抗流感病毒新药。方法 采用鸡胚实验技术观察抗病毒 1号中药对流感病毒的抑制作用。结果 抗病毒 1号最大无毒剂量大于 72 0mg/胚 ;36 0、2 40mg/胚剂量组对流感病毒A3 有显著的抑制作用(P <0 .0 5 ) ,半数有效量 (ED50 )为 130 .6 4mg/胚 ,95 %可信区间为 10 2 .13~ 16 7.11mg/胚 ,治疗指数 (TI)大于 5 .5 ;36 0、2 40、16 0、10 6 6mg/胚剂量组对流感病毒B有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ED50 为 6 8.2 8mg/胚 ,95 %可信区间为 5 7.37~ 81.2 7mg/胚 ,TI大于 10 5 ;病毒唑各治疗组均未见明显作用 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 抗病毒 1号在鸡胚中对流感病毒有显著的抑制作用。Objective To develop new safe and effective anti influenza agents.Methods The anti viral effect of a Chinese medicinal herb the No.1 was observed by the technique of chick embryo culture.Results The maximum nontoxic dose was 720 mg per embryo.It had significant effect on influenza virus type A 3 in the groups with the dose of 360 and 240 mg per embryo ( P <0.05).Its 50% effective dose (ED 50 ) and therapeutic index (TI) was 130.64(102.13~167.11)mg per embryo and larger than 5.5,respectively.It also had significant effect on influenza virus type B in the groups with the dose of 360,240,160 and 106.6 mg per embryo ( P <0.05).Its ED 50 and TI was 68.28(57.37~81.27)mg per embryo and larger than 10.5,respectively.Ribavirin,however,did not show significant effect on influenza virus type A 3 or B in the groups( P >0.05).Conclusion The No.1 had significant anti influenza effect on both types of A 3 and B.
