摘　　要：楚国的关由关口和塞组成,利用关门、关墙、篱落、壕沟、土堆、被砍斫的树木等阻断交通。就关津的功能来看,关津的首要功能是军事防御,其次征收税收。就关津的管理来看,已经出现分工的现象,关尹、左关尹、关吏等构成关津的军事管理体系,关金则由中央政府直接派人征收。The ＂Guan＂ in Chu state includes ＂Guankou＂ and ＂Sai＂, which make use of doors, walls fences, ditches, mounds and chopped branches to block the traffic. On the functions of ＂Guan＂, the major one is military defence, next, is the tax revenue. On the management of ＂Guan＂, there are different positions as ＂Guan Yin＂, ＂Zuo Guan Yin＂ ,＂Guan Li＂, which compose the military mangement system of ＂ Guang＂ and ＂Jin＂, and the central government manages ＂Guan＂ directly of their financial contributions.
