摘　　要：目的:探讨131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病(Hyperthyroid heart disease,HHD)疗效。方法:选择予131I治疗的HHD患者63例,观察治疗前、后患者心电、心脏彩超、血压、甲状腺激素、临床症状等变化。结果:63例患者治疗后心电、心脏彩超、血压、甲状腺激素、临床症状各指标均有改善。结论:合适的针对原发病的治疗有助于病情的恢复。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of patients with HHD were treated through 131 I. Methods： 63 patients with HHD were chosen, observed the variety of electrocardiogram（ECG）, echocardiograph, blood pressure （BP）, thyroid hormones, clinical symptoms,after treated through 131I. Results： 63 patients with HHD can be improved in ECA3, echocardiograph, BP, thyroid hormones, clinical symptoms after treated. Conclusion： Suitable therapy improve state of illness.
