摘  要:三峡升船机采用齿轮齿条爬升、长螺母柱-短螺杆安全保障型式,最大提升高度113 m,塔柱结构高146m。齿条、螺母柱预应力钢套管的施工期定位是塔柱土建施工的技术难点,且占用直线工期。根据施工顺序并结合现场施工环境,采用数学模型的分析方法,对塔柱混凝土自重、风荷载、年气温变化、混凝土收缩和徐变等因素致塔柱施工期变形产生的影响进行了研究。结果表明:塔柱自重和混凝土徐变及环境温度变化,是影响螺母柱预应力钢套管施工期定位精度的主要因素;可以忽略混凝土干缩、船厢挂装影响;施工定位过程中应避免大风;可通过增加固定钢架和调整测量手段等方法减少误差。The measures of rack and pinion lift are adopted and the safety is guaranteed by long nut column and short screw for TGP ship - lift with the maximum lift height of 113 m and the tower column height of 146 m. The positioning of prestressed steel sleeve for rack and nut column is the technical difficulty in the tower column construction and occupies the critical period of construction. On the basis of construction sequence and in - situ construction environment, the influence on tower column deformation by the factors of tower column dead - weight, wind load, temperature variation, concrete shrinkage and creep, etc. in the construction period is researched by mathematical model. The research results show that the main influences on positioning accuracy of prestressed steel sleeve of nut column are tower column dead - weight, concrete creep and environmental temperature variation; the concrete shrinkage and the loading of ship box can be neglected ; strong wind should be avoided in the construction period; the error can be reduced by increasing fixing steel frame and adjusting measurement means, etc.
