拜新同对高血压伴脑腔隙梗死患者血脂糖耐量和胰岛素敏感性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :评价拜新同的降压效果及其对高血压伴脑腔隙梗死患者血脂、糖耐量和胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法 :4 7例高血压伴脑腔隙梗死患者给予拜新同 (拜耳公司 ) ,剂量 30～ 6 0 mg/ d,治疗 6周 ,另外 2 2例服用卡托普利 2 5～ 50 mg,每天 3次。治疗前后所有参与者都进行血压监测和血清脂质以及口服葡萄糖耐量试验 (OGTT)。结果 :两组降压效果拜新同较卡托普利为优。并对甘油三酯、糖耐量和胰岛素敏感性有较好的影响。结论 :长效缓释剂拜新同在有效控制血压的同时能够改善糖和脂质代谢 ,提高胰岛素敏感性 ,对靶器官有良好的保护作用。Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To evaluate the effect of reduce blood perssure and changes of blood lipid、glucose intolerance and insulin sensitivity in hypertension patients with cerebral lacuna infarction after adalat treatment.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]47 hypertension patiens with cerebral lacuna infarction were given adalat 30～60mg,qd×6w,22 patients given captopril 25～50mg tid×6w.Before and after adalat treatment,blood preasure and serum lipid were measured,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) were made.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The efects of reduce blood pressure in is betteter than in captopril,and blood triglyceride、glucose intolerance and insulin sensitivity is more improved.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]adalat can improve the metabolization of glucose and lipid,rise insulin sensitivity,while controling blood pressure effectively.
