摘　　要：为了提升班组安全管控水平,增强安全管理的预防和控制能力,减少事故、杜绝违章。新疆油田公司采气一厂盆5采气作业区,积极探索安全管理的好经验、好做法,通过在班组中积极推行"班组安全监督员"举措,提高班组安全精细化管理实效,筑起了现场安全的第一道屏障。阐述了设立班组安全监督员的必要性,班组安全监督工作改进方法及措施等。In order to enhance the level of security control of the working team, strengthen safety management capability, reduce accidents and eliminate violating regulations, the 5th gas production operation area of the First Gas Production Plant of Xinjiang Oilfield Company actively explores the effective measures on safety management, and the ＂safety supervisor＂ is set in working team, which improves the effectiveness of meticulous safety management and builds the first barrier of on-site security.
