摘  要:利用有限时间经济分析法,导出了高炉余能余热驱动内可逆中冷回热Brayton热电联产循环的利润率和效率解析式,通过数值分析,研究了经济性能。结果表明,在给定总压比时,存在最佳的中间压比使得利润率取得最佳值;当总压比可以变动时,在中间压比取相应的最佳值的情况下,存在最佳的总压比,可使得利润率取得最大值。本文还讨论了各换热器有效度、循环各温比对利润率及相应的效率的影响,对基于燃气轮机的联产装置的设计、分析有一定的指导意义。The analytical formulae of profit rate and exergy efficiency for an endoreversible intercooled regenerated closed Brayton co- generation cycle driven by residual energy and heat of blast furnace are derived using finite-time exergoeconomic analysis method and exergoeconomic performance is investigated by detailed numerical examples. It is found that there exists optimal intercooling pressure ratio which leads to optimal profit rate when the total pressure ratio is ~,en. It is also found that there exists optimal total pressure which leads the maximum profit rate when the total pressure can vary and the intercooling pressure is set to corresponding optimal val- ue. The effects of the effectivenesses of exchangers and temperature ratios on the profit rate and corresponding exergy efficiency are dis- cussed. The results obtained herein can provide some guideline for the design and evaluation of cogeneration plant based on gas turbine.
