摘 要:介绍了几起9FA型燃气轮机压气机叶片断裂事故情况,分析R0级断裂原因为叶片第2阶振动落入kn共振区域,S1级断裂原因为叶片第7阶振动落入zn共振区域,与叶片设计、制造和安装因素有关。加强压气机定期检查可降低事故发生概率,对压气机升级改造可有效避免同类事故发生。This paper introduces several 9FA gas turbine compressor vanes and blades fracture failure cases, while root causes were an- alyzed. Results show that R0 blades fracture failure root cause is that the 2na natural frequency of the blade is in kn excitation frequency area, and S1 vane fracture failure root cause is that the 7th natural frequency is in zn excitation frequency area. These were caused by design, manufacture and installation. To conduct more regular inspection on compressor may lower the probability of these failures, and upgrading the compressor can effectively avoid similar incidents.
