摘　　要：从行政补偿程序的概念及分类、行政补偿程序功能、行政补偿程序基本原则、行政补偿程序立法现状及完善等方面对已有的研究进行了回顾与分析结果表明,随着行政补偿制度的发展,作为其重要内容的补偿程序已逐渐成为国家和社会关注的焦点和热点问题,相关研究有了长足的发展,但是在研究内容、范围和方法层面仍存在改进空间。This paper has reviewed and analyzed the current studies concerning administrative compensation procedure from its concept and classification, functions, basic principles, current situation of its legislation and perfection. The result shows, with development of the system of such procedure, the compensation procedure as its main important content has grad- ually become the focus and hot issue of our country and society. The relevant studies have made great progress, yet there is e- nough space for the improvement in research content, scope and methods.
