摘　　要：工会组织是重要的社会政治团体和国家政权的重要社会支柱。站在党和国家事业发展全局的高度,积极主动参与社会管理,是形势所需、发展所急、群众所盼,也是时代赋予工会的社会责任。本文通过阐述当前我国的经济、政治、社会、文化、生态形势,以工会社会理论和善治理论为基础,分析工会参与社会管理的合理性。并从中国特色工会组织的发展现状、工会组织参与社会管理的任务和途径揭示我国工会组织参与社会管理的现实重要作用。The workers＇ unions are the important social political groups and they are the important foundation of the state political power. From the perspective of courses of our party and country, we should actively participate in social manage- ment, which is required by current situation and development, desired by our people, and the social duty endowed by times. This paper has elaborated the situation of economy, politics, society, culture and ecology of our country. With the social theo- ries concerning workers＇ unions and good management as the basis, it has analyzed the rationality of social management partici- pated by workers＇ unions. Further, it has revealed the practical key role played by workers＇ unions in social management from current situation, tasks and ways of the management.
