摘　　要：韩国的文化立国战略主要表现为文化产业立国。这一战略经由《内容韩国蓝图21》、《C韩国战略C-Korea2010》和《内容产业振兴基本计划》等历届韩国政府的重大决策而得以形成。韩国文化产业立国战略的主要内容是:强调文化产业的经济价值,注重文化产业法律制度以及政府扶持政策的制定,集中扶持重点的战略领域,将文化内容的海外市场开发作为核心目标,强调创作力度的品质,注重产业基础环境的营造及专门人才的培养。The strategy of culture-orientated national development in South Korea is that , the central government pays great attention to developing cultural industries. There are many strategic plans came into operation since 21st century , such as Content Korea Mapping21 , C-Korea 2010and Content Industries Development Plan.The developing strategy of cultural industries in Korea stresses the importance of economic value of cultural industries , its construction of legal system and its support policy provided by the government.The central government has taken a series of measures for developing cultural industries , supporting key field of strategy , taking the development of overseas markets as the core target , emphasizing the quality of creation originality , emphasizing the building of the basic industrial environment and the training of the specialized personnel.
