治疗性血液成分单采术在血液病中应用的临床疗效及分析

摘　　要：目的:观察应用治疗性血液成分单采术治疗血液病的疗效,分析影响其临床效果的相关因素。方法:对53例患者应用COBE Spectra型血细胞分离机进行92次治疗性血液成分单采,分析临床效果和实验室指标的改善情况。结果:7例患者血浆置换后,5例(71.43%)临床症状、体征或实验室指标取得明显改善。27例治疗性白细胞患者WBC、11例血小板单采患者PLT采集后显著下降(均P<0.05),且下降值与采前相应初始值均呈正相关(r=0.871、0.949,均P<0.01)。8例治疗性红细胞单采患者RBC、Hb及血细胞比容采集后显著下降(均P<0.05)。结论:治疗性血液成分单采术可以迅速缓解患者的临床症状,减少并发症的发生和提高临床药物疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of therapeutic apheresis blood components in patients with blood disease. Method： A total of 53 patients were performed 92 therapeutic apheresis blood components by COBE Spectra blood cell separator. We analyzed the clinical effects and laboratory parameters. Result： Clinical symptoms, signs or laboratory parameters significantly improved in 5 （71.43%） patients of 7 patients after plasmapheresis. WBC was significantly decreased in 27 cases treated with therapeutic leukocyte apheresis and PLT was significantly decreased in 11 cases treated with therapeutic platelet apheresis （P〈0.05）. RBC, Hb and HCT were significantly decreased in 8 cases treated with therapeutic red cell apheresis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Therapeutic blood compo nents apheresis can quickly relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,reduce complications and improve clinical effica- CV.
