肺癌继发真性红细胞增多症1例并文献复习

摘　　要：真性红细胞增多症（polycythemiavera，PV）是一种原因未明的造血干细胞克隆性疾病，属骨髓增殖性肿瘤范畴，临床可见到转化为急性白血病及骨髓纤维化，偶见其并发肺癌的报道。肺癌放化疗后继发PV目前国内外尚未报道，我院收治肺癌继发PV患者1例，现报告如下。Summary Polycythemia vera （PV） is a kind of hematopoietic stem cell cloning disease with unknown cause. It belongs to the category of bone marrow hyperplastic tumor and may convert into acute leukemia and bone mar- row fibrosis. Researches on PV complicated with lung cancer were occasionally reported. But the secondary PV af- ter lung cancer with radiation and chemotherapy hasn＇t been reported in domestic and abroad. A patient diagnosed with PV after lung cancer with radiation and chemotherapy is in our hospital. Now we will report it as following.
