摘　　要：遵义锰矿是贵州省地矿局102地质大队锰矿整装勘查工作区,通过近年的勘查工作,发现该区具有较好的找矿前景,根据目前的勘查任务,急需加强对该区锰矿床地质特征及富集规律的研究,优化找矿思路,实现找矿突破.通过对该区锰矿床地质特征的系统分析,总结了成矿富集规律,初步认为在较深的台沟中心部位,为锰矿成矿、富集的有利部位,矿体与二叠系茅口组二段"白泥塘层"(P2m2)呈连生关系,遵义锰矿可能是隐伏深部构造的演化,喷流热水沉积而形成的矿床.The Zunyi Manganese Ore is mono block exploration work of the 102 Geological Team, Guizhou Provincial Bureau of Exploration and Development of Geology and Mineral Resources. Through exploration in recent years, it has been found that the area has good ore prospects, according to the present exploration tasks. need to strengthen the district manganese deposit geological feature and enrichment regularity of optimization of prospecting ideas, with the aim to a breakthrough in prospecting. Through the systematic manganese deposit geological characteristics, mineralization enrichment regularity is summarized. suggests that manganese mineralization and enrichment of the advantageous position is in deep groove and Permian Mao group 2 ＂Bainitang layer＂ （P2m2） is even born.
