摘 要:将复合有机溶剂萃取法用于煤炭脱硫,研究了煤样粒度、复合溶剂的体积比、液固比、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对煤脱硫效果的影响.结果表明,四氯乙烯和对甲酚复合溶剂萃取脱硫的优化工艺条件:煤样粒度为0.075 mm,四氯乙烯和对甲酚的体积比为1∶1,液固比为12∶1,萃取温度为120℃,萃取时间为100 min.在该优化工艺条件下,煤中全硫的脱除率为62.7%.四氯乙烯和对甲酚复合溶剂萃取脱硫能有效地脱除煤中的硫分,是一种温和有效的脱硫方法.The extractive method by compound organic solvent was used in desulfurization of coal. The impacts of some important factors, such as coal particle size, the volume ratio of compound solvent, liquid/solid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time on desulfurization results of coal were studied. Results showed that the optimized technical conditions of extractive desulfurization with perchloroeyhylene and p - cresol compound solvent were as follows: coal particle size 0.075 mm, the volume ratio of perchloroeyhylene and p -cresol 1:1, liquid/solid ratio 12: 1, extraction temperature 120℃, extraction time 100 min. The desulfurization rate of total sulfur was 62.7% under the optimized technical conditions. The extractive desulfurization method with perchloroeyhylene and p -cresol compound solvent could remove effectively sulfur in coal, and it was warm and effective desulfurization method
