摘　　要：目的 为广大医务工作者迅速获取我国艾滋病情报信息,找出核心期刊.方法 采用文献计量学方法对307种期刊调查分析.结果 1998～1999年载文量在8篇以上的期刊有39种,载文量达1316篇.结论 前12种期刊载文量共449篇,为核心期刊.其中《中国性病艾滋病防治》载文量最多,达199篇,是首选核心期刊.Objective The distribution of AIDS literature in Chinese journals was investigated to find out the core periodicals in order for vast Chinese medical personnel to hunt HIV/AIDS information of China. Methods 307 kinds of Chinese periodicals were investigated by means of bibliometrics. Results There were 39 kinds of journals in Chinese that each published more than 8 articles relevant to HIV/AIDS from 1998 to 1999, carrying 1 316 HIV/AIDS articles of the total. Conclusion The core periodicals, 12 kinds of ones sorted out, had been publishing 449 HIV/AIDS articles within the two years, accounting for 34.12% of the total articles of HIV/AIDS published. Among them, the (Journal for China AIDS/ STD Prevention and Control) had been publishing 199 articles as to HIV/AIDS, accounting to 15.12% of the total HIV/ AIDS articles published, which would be considered to be the first selected core periodical involved HIV/AIDS information.
