摘 要:目的 :观察表面脱钙骨基质明胶诱导成骨能力 ,寻找自体骨移植的理想替代材料。方法 :用表面脱钙骨基质明胶修复大鼠颅骨 8mm的圆形缺损 ,同自体骨、骨基质明胶移植对比 ,术后不同时间行X线、组织学检查。结果 :表面脱钙骨基质明胶同骨基质明胶诱导成骨能力相似 ,但完全被新骨替代时间较长。结论 :表面脱钙骨基质明胶是修复大面积或节段性骨缺损的理想材料。Objectives:To observe the ability of osteoinduction of allogeneic surface decalcified bone matrix gelatin (SDBMG),and search for the ideal substitutes for autograft.Methods:An 8mm in diameter damage of the Rat's skull was repaired by SDBMG,the outcomeings of which were compared with those of autogenous bone and the bone matrix gelatin (BMG) graft,X_ray and histological examinations were performed at different period of time postoperation.Rusults:The ability of SDBMG was similar to that of BMG,but it needed longer time to be replaced by new bones.Conclusion:SDBMG is an ideal substitute for autograft in repairing big square or section defects.
