居民健康卡卡管平台的设计

摘　　要：文章主要探讨了居民健康卡卡管平台的设计方案,卡管平台主要完成对居民健康卡基本信息管理和生命周期管理、居民健康卡业务管理、SAM业务管理、业务接入管理、健康卡业务监管和提供对外公众服务平台。卡管平台为广大用户提供了一个基于互联网的健康卡交互平台,同时可以形成办卡、用卡的良性循环,促进居民健康卡的应用和发展。The management platform design for residents is explored. The card management platform provides the supervision of residents＇ health card information and life cycle management, resident health card business manage-ment, SAM business management, service access management and health card business regulatory, and the provi-sion of a foreign public service platform. The card management platform provides customers with a health card interac-tive platform. The virtuous cycle of the dealing and usage of the card promote the application and development of the residents＇ health card.
