摘 要:医疗纠纷的解决是世界性的难题。当前我国这一问题特别突出。医患双方的自行和解、卫生机关主持的行政调解、法院调解和诉讼、人民调解等机制都不能起到预期较好的效果。根据我国社会发展状况,构建医疗纠纷第三方调解机制,从组织、人才、经费、法律及监管上保证其中立性、专业性、权威性,有利于建立便捷、高效的医疗纠纷处理体系,维护社会健康和谐发展。The settlement of medical disputes is a difficult problem in the world. In China, the problem is particularly serious. Reconciliation of patients and hospitals, administrative mediation by the health bureau, mediation and litigation of the court, and the people's mediation, these mechanisms aren't working efficiently. According to national conditions and social development in China, the construction of the third-party mediation mechanism of medical disputes, guaran-teeing of neutrality, professionalism, authority, from the organization, personnel, funds, supervision and legal system, is conducive to the establishment of convenient, efficient medical dispute system, and the maintenance of harmonious development.
