摘　　要：目的 :评价肾外伤的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 :2 5例病人 ,男 19例 ,女 6例 ,年龄 135 8岁 ,(平均 35 .7岁 ) ,2 2例平扫 ,3例增强。结果 :肾周积血 19例 ,肾内积血 9例。肾内积血表现为肾实质内高密度 ,常伴有肾周积血 ,同时发现肝、脾、肋骨等多发性损伤。 2 0例做了保守治疗 ,5例手术治疗。结论 :CT扫描对准确估计损伤范围、程度 ,确定手术方案有价值。Objective:To evaluate CT manifestations and diagnostic value of blunt renal trauma.Methods:There were 25 cases,male were 19,Female were 6.The age renged from 13 to 58 years mean 35.7 years.There were plain scan in 22 and contrast enhanced in 3.Results:19 cases were found with perinephric hematoma,9 ca ses were intrarenal hematomas,which were often seen as a high density and associ ated with perinephic hematoma.CT also discovered other injuries including those of liver,spleen and ribs.20 patients were treated conservatively.Only 5 patients underwent an operation for the blunt renal injuries.Conclusion:CT can accurately display extent and degree of the lesion,and also can provide important informations for drawing up the plan o f surgical therapy.
