动物园初生珍禽禽流感、新城疫母源抗体检测及免疫程序研究

摘　　要：为了建立初生珍禽的禽流感、新城疫免疫程序,笔者采用血凝抑制试验(HI试验)对9日龄左右的初生珍禽进行了母源抗体测定。结果显示:初生珍禽的禽流感H5、H9和新城疫母源抗体的几何平均值分别为5.67log2、6.63log2、5.64log2。根据检测结果将初生珍禽的免疫程序初步确定为15日龄首免,首免后1个月加强免疫。In maternal antibodies bition test during reached 5.671og2, order to establish immune procedure of avian influenza, newcastle disease, the of 9-days-old newborn rare birds were determined by hemagglutination inhi- breedingseason. The geometric mean titers of H5, H9 and newcastle disease 6.631og2, 5.641og2 respectively. The immune procedure were formulated according to the results, the first immunization at 15-days-old, the second at one month later.
