摘  要:以表观深度和荧光强度为评价指标,采用正交试验研究染色温度、染色pH值和荧光增白剂用量对分散荧光红G、分散荧光黄8GFF和分散荧光橙2GFL小浴比染色效果的影响。通过拼色试验和工厂放样,进一步验证了优化工艺的可行性。三只染料优化的染色工艺分别为:分散荧光红G和分散荧光橙2GFL染色温度为133℃,染色pH值分别为6和5,不宜添加荧光增白剂;分散荧光黄8GFF染色温度为130℃,染色pH值为5,荧光增白剂用量不超过2.0 g/L。Taking color strength and fluorescence intensity as the indexes of evaluation, the influences of dyeing temperature, pH and fluorescent whitening agent on low liquor ratio dyeing of Disperse Fluorescent Red G, Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 8GFF and Disperse Fluorescent Orange 2GFL are investigated with orthogonal experiments. The feasibility of the optimum process are further verified by combination dyeing and sample production. The optimum conditions are determined as follows: for Disperse Fluorescent Red G and Orange 2GFL, dyeing at 133 ~ with pH 6 and 5 respectively without fluorescent whitening a- gent; for Disperse Fluorescent Yellow 8GFF, dyeing at 130 ~C with pH 5 and with fluorescent whitening agent less than 2.0 g/L.
