提高锦纶6汗渍色牢度

摘　　要：采用两种固色剂对弱酸性染料Uniset染色锦纶6进行固色，探讨固色温度和保温时间对锦纶6耐汗渍色牢度的影响，优化的固色工艺为：第一次采用酸性固色剂RFX-12062％，固色温度85℃，保温30min；第二次采用FK-407固色剂2％，固色温度50oC，保温20min。试验结果表明，二次固色能明显提高锦纶6汗渍色牢度，碱汗渍色牢度能达到3～4级，酸汗渍色牢度能达到4级；摩擦色牢度无明显下降，达到3级以上。Nylon 6 dyeings with Uniset dyes are fixed with two kinds of fixing agent to improve the perspiration fastness. The influences of fixation temperature and time on perspiration fastness are discussed. The optimum process is determined as follows： first fixation at 85 ℃ for 30 min with 2% of acid fixing agent RFX-1206, followed by second fixation at 50 ℃ for 20 min with 2% of FK-407. The results show that the two steps fixation can improve the perspiration fastness of nylon 5 dyeings significantly with alkali perspiration above 3 ～ 4 grade, acid perspiration 4 grade and rubbing fastness above 3 grade.
