摘　　要：以电子健康档案为核心的军队区域医疗云平台,实现医疗软硬件资源云端集成和管理,简化了软硬件资源的分发、部署和运维。医疗云平台提供医疗协同、远程会诊治疗、实时急诊抢救和电子双向转诊等功能,大大改善了部队医疗服务和管理模式。Army regional medical cloud platform which based on electronic health records as its core, integrating and management of health care resources in the cloud, which simplify the distribution, deployment, operation and maintenance of hardware and software resources. Medical cloud platform provides medical collaborative the tele-consultation treatment, real-time emergency rescue and electronic two-way referral and other functions, has greatly improved the military medical services and management.
