摘　　要：目的:开发护理不良事件网络直报功能,规范医院护理不良事件管理。方法:依托我院护理综合信息系统,开发不良事件网络直报模块,实现信息填报、定性结果反馈、数据汇总分析等功能。结果:网络直报运行半年来,全院收集不良事件40起,较去年同期报告率有明显提高。结论:护理不良事件网络直报实现了护理安全的动态管理,有效推动医院安全文化建设。Objective：To develop direct network report systems of nursing adverse events, and standardize the management of hospital nursing adverse events. Methods：Relying on general nursing information system, the development of direct network report module of adverse events realize the information provided, qualitative results feedback, date analysis and other functions. Result：During the half year of direct network report system started to run, the number of adverse events that the whole hospital collected has been 40, which has increased significantly comparing with the same period last year. Conclusion： Hospital nursing adverse events of direct network report system has realized dynamic management of nursing safety, and has effectively promoted the development of hospital safety culture.
