2011年德阳市区公共场所卫生状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解德阳市区公共场所卫生污染状况，摸清污染规律，为改善公共场所室内卫生质量和卫生监管提供科学依据。方法选取市区大、中、小型各类公共场所经营单位，按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》（GB／T17220—1998）的规定布点采样，依据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》（GB18204-2000）监测卫生指标，判断依据为《公共场所卫生标准》（GB9663—9666、9670、16153．1996）。结果共监测273户公共场所经营单位，监测室内卫生指标18657项次，总体合格率94．86％，商场合格率最高为96．80％，公共浴室合格率最低为92．04％，不同行业室内卫生指标监测合格率，差异有统计学意义。室内微小气候（室内温度、湿度、风速）、噪声卫生指标合格率均为100％；其它卫生指标的总体合格率为92．16％，可吸入颗粒物合格率最低为77．96％，其次是桌面照度合格率为87．31％，不同卫生指标间，合格率差异有统计学意义。可吸入颗粒物卫生指标不合格的行业是，文化娱乐、理发美容、旅店业、餐厅等行业，这几类行业可吸入颗粒物指标的总体合格率为77．17％，餐厅合格率最低为61．76％，理发美容最高为88．08％，行业间差异有统计学意义。检测公共用品用具2482件，总体合格率为83．92％，文化娱乐业合格率最低为78．58％，理发美容合格率最高为89．63％，差异有统计学意义。结论德阳市区公共场所室内卫生质量总体良好，但是，可吸入颗粒物是室内主要不合格指标；公共用品用具消毒合格率较差，采取降低室内可吸入颗粒物、公共用品用具的清洁消毒措施，对改善公共场所室内空气质量、用品用具卫生状况，具有深远的意义。Objective In order to understand the health pollution of Deyang＇s urban public places, ＇find out the pollution law, and providing a scientific basis for improving the indoor health quality and regulation of public places. Methods Selecting randomly from various urban public places＇ units, stationing and sampling in accordance with 《the health monitoring technical specification of public places》 （GB/T 17220-1998 ）, monitoring the health index according to 《the health standard testing methods of public places》 （GB 18204-2000）, and taking 《the public places health standard》 （GB9663-9666, 9670, 16153-1996） as a criterion. Results Monitoring 273 business units in public places in total, monitoring the indoor health index 18657 times, the overall acceptance rate is 94.86 percent, the highest acceptance rate of malls is 96.80 percent, the lowest acceptance rate of public bathhouses is 92.04percent, different sectors＇ monitoring acceptance rate of the indoor health index, the difference has statistical significance. The overall acceptance rate of unqualified health index is 92.16 percent, the lowest acceptance rate of inhalable particles was 77.96 percent, the acceptance rate of desktop illumination is 87.31 percent, the difference of acceptance rate has statistical significance during the unqualified health index. Respirable particulate matter indicators of substandard industry indicators overall acceptance rate of 77.17percent, the lowest acceptance rate of restaurant is 61.76percent, the highest acceptance rate of beauty and hair salons is 88.08percent, the difference has statistical significance. Monitoring 2482 pieces of public appliances, the overall acceptance rate is 83.92 percent, the lowest acceptance rate of cultural entertainment is 78.58percent, the highest acceptance rate of beauty and hair salons is 89.63percent, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions The indoor health quality Of Deyang urban public places is generally good, the disinfection acceptance rate
