摘 要:为提高全断面岩石掘进机施工过程中的能量利用率,提出盘形滚刀前倾安装概念。在设定条件下,通过建立的传统(正)安装盘形滚刀和前倾安装盘形滚刀破岩过程中的摩擦力矩理论式对盘形滚刀的两种安装方式进行比较研究。理论计算显示,在6~10mm贯入度条件下,采用前倾安装的432mm(17in)、483mm(19in)和533mm(21in)盘形滚刀在滚压破岩过程中的能量利用率较高且提高量基本相同;而贯入度在10—12mm范围时,前倾安装的483mm(19in)盘形滚刀较传统安装的同规格盘形滚刀在破岩过程中的能量利用率提高量约为10%;而前倾安装的533mm(21in)盘形滚刀较传统安装的同规格盘形滚刀破岩过程中的能量利用率提高量在10~12mm贯入度范围却降低了约46%。A new concept to increase power availability in full-face tunnel boring machines.In order to increase power availability in full-face rock tunnel boring machines during their operation we put forth a new concept for the disc cutting head to be mounted in a fore tilting way.Under preset conditions we compared and studied the leaning-forward mounting way with a traditional mounting way of the disc cutting head to identify theoretical equations of frictional torque during the tunnel boring operation.Theoretical computations show that under 6-10 mm penetration the Leaning forward mounted discs of 432 mm(17 in),483 mm(19 in) and 533mm(21 in) can respectively get higher power availability with same upgrading when comparing with that in the traditional mounting.When at 10-12 mm penetration a Leaning forward mounted disc of 19 in can increases 10percentage points in power availability as compared with the traditional one.However,A fore pitch mounted disc of 21 in at 10-12 mm penetration decreases 46percentage points comparatively which among other things of conclusion can be used for reference for further theoretical research and development.
