摘 要:针对钢丝绳这一影响因素容易在力矩限制器取力装置的设计过程中被忽视,而导致起重机作业时钢丝绳发生经常性损伤的问题,分析如何在力矩限制器结构设计中考虑钢丝绳因素,保证设计方案能最大限度地满足钢丝绳的安全使用要求。研究钢丝绳通过该装置时的动力学特性,揭示钢丝绳由损伤导致失效的发展过程,以及设计缺欠如何导致钢丝绳寿命缩短的深层机理。总结力矩限制器取力滑轮串入钢丝绳系统的优化设计原理,并针对某港口门座起重机在实际应用中存在的一项设计缺欠,提出改进方案。经过实际检验,改进方案的有效性得到证明。A cable damage solution for the power taking pulley in a portal crane.We facing frequent cable damage at a power taking device in a torque limiter of the pedestal crane,which has been neglected during the design analyzed the torque limiter's structural design where the cable should have been considered as an element,so as to ensure such a design alternative can mostly satisfy the cable's safety use requirements.We also studied kinetic characteristics of the cable when passing the limiter so as to discover the cable's damage-to-failure development,and a deeper mechanism as short-comings in design that leads to the cable's shorter working life.A summation was carried out for the power taking pulley at the torque limiter to provide an optimal design principle for the cable inserted there while putting forth an improvement alternative for such a dock-side crane encountering the short-comings in design.Results show that such an improvement alternative has been proved for its effectiveness through actual tests.
