摘　　要：根据装载机液压系统研发的需要,提出液压系统台架试验的目的和意义。从台架试验台的功能组成、重点要求、设计思路和关键技术等7个方面,阐述装载机液压系统试验台构建的解决方案,分析试验台软、硬件所必须满足的基本条件。该方案在厦工集团技术中心高技术产业项目中实施,取得成功,可为业内人士设计液压系统试验台提供思路和参考。Design alternatives for the loader's hydraulic system test stand.We on the basis of demand for the loader's hydraulic system development put forth purpose and significance of bench tests for the loader's hydraulic system.We arranged 7 aspects as function and composition,critical requirements,design concept,key tech,etc to describe a solution for the loader's hydraulic system test stand while analyzing basic conditions which must be satisfied for the test software and hardware.Such a concept has been executed in a hi-tech project of the XIAGONG GROUP'S tech center with success.Therefore,it can be offered as a concept and basic reference for those in the industry who would design a hydraulic system test stand.
