摘　　要：介绍了太原市城市防洪体系,阐述了汾河二库与太原市城市防洪的关系以及汾河二库的洪水调节作用,分析了汾河二库和太原市防洪区存在的主要问题,提出了防洪减灾的建议。This paper introduces the urban flood control system of Taiyuan City,expounds the relationship between Fenhe Second Reservoir and Taiyuan＇s urban flood control and the flood regulating function of Fenhe Second Reservoir,and analyzes some main problems existing in Fenhe Second Reservoir and flood control area of Taiyuan City,and puts forward some suggestions on the flood control and disaster reduction.
