Y染色体倒位的精子DNA完整性与精液常规参数的结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Y染色体倒位与精子DNA完整性与精液常规参数的关系。方法精子DNA完整性检测采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD),以DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。分别对52例Y倒位染色体组与50例健康对照组精液标本进行精子密度、活率和精子畸形率的检测和DFI分析。结果与对照组比较,Y染色体倒位组的精子密度和精子活率均比对照组明显降低(P<0.01);而精子畸形率和DFI却明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 Y染色体倒位可能对精子的生成有一定影响而且有可能导致DNA损伤。Objective： To research the relationship between the sperm DNA integrity, the main parameter of semen and the inversion of Y chromosome. Methods： Sperm DNA integrity was evaluated by sperm chromatin dispersion （SCD）, and the results were expressed interms of DNA fragmentation index （DFI）. 52 cases of the inversion of Y chromosome team and 50 cases of the control. The sperm optical density, the sperm vitality rate, the terotosperm rate and the DFI were detected. Results： Apparently, compared with the control, there is a lower level about the sperm optical density and the sperm vitality of the inversion of Y chromosome team, and a higher level about the terotosperm rate and the DFI （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The inversion of Y chromosome not only may affect the formn of the sperm, buty also may induce the damage of DNA.
